The Sweet Potato Grading Machines includes two main parts:  Roller Elevator and Roller Grading Machine.  The two parts are both Stainless Steel to protect fooed healthy.

The Roller Elevator will convey the Sweet Potato uniformly and stably, which will not damage the Sweet Potato Skin.  After the Sweet Potato conveyed to the Roller Grading Machine, they will be transfered by the rollers orderly.

The Rollers of Grading Machine are designed with different roller spacing, from small to large.  Therefore, the small Sweet Potato will come out from the first rolls, and the large ones go on. The large Sweet Potato will come out from the large space automaticlly.

To make the grading peformance best, the Grading Machine Roller spacing can be customized according to your need.

Design Principle of the Grading Machine

The entire Grading equipment is divided into multiple sections. For example, the first section is the grading area for materials smaller than 40mm, and materials smaller than 400mm will be discharged through the first discharge belt. For example, if the second section is the grading area for 40mm-60mm materials, the 40mm-60mm materials will be discharged through the second discharge belt, and so on.
