The Clay Brick Making Machine is designed to produce durable clay bricks for house construction. It operates using either an 11 HP electric motor or a 15 HP diesel engine, providing flexibility for different power sources.

This machine combines multiple functions, including a clay mixer, clay strip extruder, clay strip cutter, and brick cutter. With the HYZJ-250  Brick Machine, you can produce various sizes of clay bricks to meet specific building needs.

Making clay brick process 

1. Inundate the clay and prepare the clay suitable for making clay brick. Moisture is about 20%.
2. Feed the soil into the Clay Mixer.
3. Extruding clay strip.
4. Cut clay strip to suitable lengthwith wire cutter.
5. Slice clay strip to designed clay brickssize
6. Sprinkle ashesover the green bricks to avoid stick
7. Delivergreenbricks to dry under the sun.
8. Deliver green bricks to kiln for firing and baking.

Brick size

The Solid Brick Machine can make 9*4*3 inch clay bricks.  It can make customized size by change brick mould.  The clay bricks are solid bricks , with 1-3 holes available.  They are most durable clay bricks for strong building.

Installation & Debugging 

Proper installation is crucial for the  Brick Machine as it needs to be set on a perfectly level surface. To ensure easy setup, we provide a metal frame along with the machine. Upon receiving the machine, simply secure the metal frame to the foundation with screws and reinforce it.

Once installed and the machine is debugged, you can quickly begin producing durable bricks in a short time, ensuring smooth operation and efficient brick production.

Raw Material Preparation

The main raw materials of clay bricks are clay and some slag. First of all, it is necessary to collect high -quality clay ore for preliminary treatment to remove granular impurities and stones. Then crushed the clay into the appropriate size through the pieces, and colleagues screened and grind the slag in order to meet the production requirements of clay bricks.

Green Bricks 

The Green bricks need to be dry naturally in a cool and ventilated place. This process takes one or more long time. The purpose of drying is to gradually evaporate the moisture, stabilize the internal structure of the brick, and avoid cracks caused by the rapid evaporation of water during the firing process.

Sintering

The shaped green brick needs to be sintered to improve its physical strength and durability. Put the molding brick into the kiln and burn it. The average burning temperature is 800-1200 degrees Celsius. At high temperatures, the clay and slag in the brick blade have chemically changed, forming new crystals, making the brick blank more dense and strong. It usually takes ten hours.
