The Chaff cutter is used to chop green and dry Corn Stalks, Forage grass, straw to short pieces for Cattle Cow, Sheep and Goat farms.

The HZCG series chaff cutter is high spray machines,  which will spray crushed forage to higher terrain for storage and transportation.

It mainly composed of feeding devices,drive part, moving structure, protective devices and framework.

Chopped forage, particularly when stored as silage, is less dusty than dry hay. This can reduce the risk of respiratory issues in cattle, especially in enclosed feeding areas.

It can also lead to increased forage intake by cattle. The smaller particle size and improved palatability often result in cows consuming more forage compared to unprocessed forage.

Besides, Silage has the advantage of reduced storage losses compared to dried hay. Chopped forage stored as silage is less prone to losses due to weather damage, mold, or other factors that can affect the quality of stored hay.
