What is the raw materials for the Feed Pellets ?

The raw materials can be Corn , Maize, Wheat, Vegetable leaves etc.

The Raw materials for pellet should be length less than 5mm, and the moisture content is less than 12%.  After pressing, the final pellet is clean, pleasant smell and smooth.  Suitable for animal feeding and storage.

To make mixed nutritious feed pellets, you may need Hammer Mill to crush raw material to short length and powder.  During pellet making, you can also add other powder grains like Sorghum, Beans.

What Feed Pellet Size I can make ? 

The Pellet Sizes are depends on animals.  Usually our pellet machine is supplied with 4mm pellet mould.

For big animals, they need pellet diameter larger than 6mm.

For chicks and small animals, pellet diameter less than 3mm is applicable.

To satisfy more farmers and save money,  the HFP Feed Pellet Machine can make Feed Pellets with 2-8mm diameters by change pellet moulds .

If you want to make different pellets, can buy extra pellet moulds with the machine.

Is Pellet length adjustable ?

The pellet lenght is 2-4 cm adjustable.  You can make longer or shorter pellet according to your need.

How does the Feed Pellet Machine work ?

The Feed Pellet Machine is used to make healthy feed pellets for poultry and pig, goat etc. The Pellet raw material can be crushed grain, straw, green leaves etc.

You can adjust the pellet length to be shorter or longer, also can choose different pellet diameter. The pellet diameter can be 3-8mm.

The HFP-400 can make 1000-1500kg Feed Pellet per hour.  The large capacity make it good helper for farmers.
