Forage Chopper Machine

The Forage Chopper Machine is used to crush crop straws such as cotton stalks, corn stalks, sorghum stalks, wheat straw, rice straw, etc. It can chop and knead the crop straws to about 3-50mm.
It is suitable for breeding cattle, sheep, deer, horses and other livestock. The material added by the modified machine is soft without hardening, which improves the palatability of livestock and greatly improves the utilization rate of feed. It is a good helper for farmers.

Put the material into the feeding inlet, and the high-speed rotating gear roll will take the material into the guillotine cutting structure, and the high-speed rotating blade and the hammer will be cut, crushed and ground under the high-speed rotating airflow; the hammer, gear The relative movement of the board kneads into fragments and filaments, and is thrown out of the body by the fan. Working Principle of the Forage Baler Machine

The Forage baler is composed of two parts: baling and coating. When starting to use the all-in-one Siage Baler machine, we should first put the hemp rope on the baler, thread the hemp rope into the clamping tube, and then put the film feeding roll According to the direction required by the instruction manual, insert the support shaft of the film delivery stand.

Put it in place and feed the fixed bin manually through the front of the machine. When the bale is so large that the fixed bin and the movable bin come into contact with a certain degree of density, the idler roller above the movable bin and the signal wheel on the left will rotate evenly, and the operator board When the winding clutch handle is moved, the machine starts to reciprocate and tie the rope. After winding the rope for one circle, the hemp rope will be cut off automatically, and the warehouse will be opened immediately to release the bundle.

The Forage Silage bale falls directly onto the rotary frame of the wrapping machine through the conveyor belt, pulls the film out by hand, starts the rotation button, and the rotary frame drives the bale to rotate, the operator should simultaneously and quickly press the film to the middle of the bale, and The bale rotates once, and then let go immediately, the silage PE film is gradually wrapped outside the bale layer by layer, the bale revolves with the rotating frame, and when the film reaches the set number of layers (such as three layers), the clutch is automatically disengaged , the rotating frame stops, the operator cuts off the pasture film between the bale and the film delivery frame, and presses the broken end of the pasture film into the overlapped end surface of the bale.

Then remove the coated bales from the wrapping machine and place them neatly. The highest stack should not exceed four bales, because too high and too heavy will easily deform the bottom layer of the film, causing air to enter, resulting in deterioration of the forage. Mildew.
