The HPH Series Potato Harvester are most ideal machines used for harvesting potatoes from a field.  It can be used for digging up potatoes and separating them from soil and other debris.

The HPH-1.6 Tractor-mounted Harvester is driven by tractor.  It can harvest Potato with 1.5 m and 1.6m each time effciently.

The Potato Harvester is also called Potato Digger, Potato digging machine.  They work by lifting the potatoes from the bed using a share.  Soil and crop are transferred onto a series of webs where the loose soil is sieved out.  The potatoes are moved towards the back of the harvester on to a separation unit and then (on human-operated machines) to a picking table where people pick out the stones, clods, and haulms (stems or stalks) by hand. The potatoes then go on to a side elevator and into a trailer or a potato box.

What is the Potato Harvester consist ? 

The potato digger consists of a shovel, rod chain conveyor, gearbox and two gauge wheels. The machine digs one or two ridges of potatoes at a time and picks up the soil-potato mass over the rod chain conveyor. Agitating sprocket, of this conveyor oscillates the rod chain and separates the soil.
